1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the j0ya 9 platform and all services under it. By creating an account or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

j0ya 9 provides online casino, slot games, live casino, and sports betting services for Bangladeshi users. These Terms apply at all times when using these services.

Users must ensure that participating in online gambling or betting is lawful in their location. j0ya 9 does not accept responsibility for any user's breach of local laws.

2 Account Registration

Each user must have a personal account to use j0ya 9's services. A person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and current.
• Registering with a false name, address, or identity will result in the account being closed.
• Mobile number and email address verification is mandatory.
• Keeping the password confidential is the user's own responsibility.
• Giving third parties access to the account is prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

3 Age and Identity Verification

The minimum age to participate on j0ya 9 is 21 years. j0ya 9 reserves the right to verify a user's age and identity at registration and at any time when required.

3.1 Identity Verification Documents

The following documents may be requested for account verification:

• A clear copy of the National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• A document as proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Payment method verification details (confirmation of ownership of the mobile banking account).

The withdrawal process may be put on hold until verification is complete. Providing false documents or information will result in the account being immediately closed and the account balance being forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

j0ya 9 processes transactions via Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services and bank transfers. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks).
• Deposits must be made only from an account registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Security

j0ya 9 uses SSL encryption technology to keep all financial transactions secure. If a suspicious transaction is detected, it may be put on hold in the interest of security.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Every bonus offer on j0ya 9 is provided subject to specific conditions. Accepting a bonus means accepting the associated conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

For new members, j0ya 9 offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳10,000 in bets to be placed before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus can only be used while it is active in the account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• While one bonus is active, no other bonus can be claimed.
• j0ya 9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the account being closed.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

j0ya 9's VIP program has four tiers. Cashback is awarded each week based on net losses: up to 0.3% at Bronze tier, up to 0.6% at Silver tier, up to 0.9% at Gold tier, and up to 1.2% weekly cashback at Platinum tier.

6 Betting Rules

j0ya 9 allows bets on sports betting, cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and other sporting events. All betting activity is governed by the following rules.

6.1 Betting Terms

• Once a bet is submitted, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is accepted due to a technical error or incorrect odds, j0ya 9 reserves the right to void it.
• In a multi-bet, a win is confirmed only if all selections are correct — one loss cancels the entire bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Placing a bet on a match that has been fixed or whose result is known in advance.
• Unauthorized live bets placed after an event has started.
• Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts (arbitrage).
• Using bots or automated software for betting.

7 Casino Rules

j0ya 9's casino section offers slots, live casino (including Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live), baccarat, roulette, and other games. The following rules apply when using casino games.

7.1 Game Terms

• Each game has specific rules that are displayed within the game.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, the stake for the incomplete round will be refunded.
• Game outcomes are fair and determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• There is no guarantee of the amount that can be won in a game — RTP is a long-term average figure.

7.2 Special Terms for Live Casino

In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. In the event of a disconnection or technical issue, the result will be determined based on the state of the game at that point, or the bet will be voided.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

j0ya 9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Registration using false information or identity fraud.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit the system.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Allowing a minor to use the account.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In that case, all valid balances (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be returned.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

User data is not sold to third parties. However, information may be shared with relevant authorities when required by law or for fraud investigations.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

j0ya 9 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service on the platform, but liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

• Service disruption caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet disconnection.
• Errors in software from third-party game providers.
• The user's own information being exposed through their own negligence.
• Service suspension due to unforeseen events (force majeure) such as natural disasters or government directives.

In any dispute, j0ya 9's decision will be considered final; however, the user has the right to appeal through support channels.

12 Changes to Rules

j0ya 9 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through platform notifications.
